Network DLP

Monitor and Control Data in Network Communications

The Code Green Networks line of Content Inspection Appliances allows organizations to monitor and control sensitive data transmitted in any network application.

Utilizing a network tap (or network switch span or monitor port), the Code Green Networks TrueDLP appliances can monitor all network traffic for confidential data, providing visibility as well as exposing spyware and malware threats to data.

The CI Appliance includes a built-in MTA (mail transfer agent) for policy-based control of email messages containing sensitive data, providing the ability to block, quarantine, forward, or encrypt email messages.

Webmail visibility and control is provided via integration with any ICAP capable web proxy such as Bluecoat, even within SSL-encrypted sessions. ICAP proxy integration also offers control over Web 2.0 applications such as popular social networking sites, wikis, blogs, and other web-based applications, and delivers visibility and control over FTP sessions.

Advanced Email Encryption

Code Green Networks provides policy-based email encryption, allowing automatic encryption of messages containing sensitive data or sent to business partners.

CI Appliances are fully integrated with third-party encryption solutions from Cisco, Zixcorp, and Voltage, eliminating any need for a separate email encryption appliance. On-board encryption fully secures messages before they leave the network, ensuring compliance with regulations such as HIPAA or PCI that require encryption of PII or PHI data.

Deployment Options
TrueDLP is built on the Code Green Networks Content Inspection (CI) Appliance. All Content Inspection models (CI-3000, CI-1500, and CI-750) provide the power for organizations to monitor and control sensitive data transmitted in any network application.  In organizations where multiple appliances are required (multiple sites, or for more DLP scanning power), one console can be used to control all of the appliances used in the organization, easing management.  There is no need for a separate management appliance or application when using Code Green Networks' TrueDLP technology.
